My name is Jordan Schappell and I am the founder of Hawk Ridge Structures. I decided to start Hawk Ridge Structures after my own frustration trying to buy a shed for my backyard. I went to the large home centers but couldn't believe the prices they wanted for such low quality sheds. I also found it impossible to find someone who knew what they were talking about to help me.
I went home frustrated and decided to design and build my own shed to save some money. I was so happy with the finished product that I decided to go into business building them.
I was a man with a simple mission, and that was to build sheds better, faster and more affordable than anything on the market. If you are looking for a new shed I hope you will compare our sheds against the competition. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at our quality and affordability.

With years of experience and knowledge we can build a variety of different structures, we build storage sheds, loafing sheds, Mini-barns, and we can custom design a shed for your needs. As part of our shed building process, most of the time you won’t need to do any ground preparation when we build your shed. Most other companies require the homeowner to have the building site completely level and have gravel brought in and leveled before they can build. Our building process takes care of that, we use either tuff blocks or concrete blocks as our foundation, we dig out the grass, and lay gravel and level the ground where the blocks will be placed, we then build a floor frame with treated 2x6 joists 16 inches on center and then install ¾ flooring on top of that. After the floor is nailed down, we begin building the shed, we use 2x4’s for framing and LP smartside siding for the walls, we use either PVC trim or LP paintable trim, architectural shingles, 4 inch overhangs and drip edge on all our sheds.
We build all over Eastern Pennsylvania, including, Allentown, Reading, Lancaster, King of Prussia, Philadelphia, Bethlehem, Harrisburg, Norristown, Pottstown, Sanatoga, Royersford, Collegeville, Harleysville, Souderton, Sellersville, Quakertown, Landsdale, Doylestown, Warrington, Phoenixville, Chestersprings, West Chester, Exton, Malvern, Downington, and Coatesville.
